While accruing over 25 years of experience in project management and coaching, Pam has focused on improving project communications – the biggest cause of project failure. Prior to founding Project and Process Professionals, her own company, Pam held senior management positions for several large organizations. In addition to responsibility for all project management methodologies and practices in these positions, Pam was responsible for coaching and mentoring project managers with a wide range of experience levels and developing them to full potential.

Pam has worked in multiple corporate sectors including insurance, financial services, technology and consumer products. She has delivered training in several organizations and publicly on topics including preparation for Project Management Professional exams, basic project management terms, tools and techniques, soft skills, Six Sigma, process improvement and efficiency. Pam has proven expertise in all facets of implementing process and project management practices including standards development, documentation templates, training, consulting, and leading PMOs from inception through full operation.

Pam is current President of the Greater Cincinnati chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (GCASTD) and former President of the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Under her guidance and leadership, the chapter won an international award for Component of the Year. She won the PMI Southwest Ohio Small Business Hero Award for her support of the project management profession. Pam is a frequent presenter at events for PMI, The Performance Institute, ASQ and CSCMP.

Pam earned degrees in Administrative Management and Information Processing Systems, from the University of Cincinnati. She is a Certified Project Management Professional through PMI and a Certified Project Manager through Cranfield School of Management, a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and a Certified Coach Practitioner. Pam enjoys working in the training and consulting arenas and her driving career philosophy is to deliver competent, timely, professional results that exceed client expectations.
