With years over ten years experience in Organizational Development, Coaching, Training, and Facilitating in organizations, Diane Lange began Proclivity LLC, a coaching-organizational development consultancy. 

Diane's Passion is helping clients achieve effective business relationships.  Throughout the years she has noticed that almost all of the problems that occur in organizations can be traced to bad relationships and ineffective communication. 

In addition, many people have been promoted into management positions as a reward for a job well done. However, they often don't have the necessary people skills, leadership and management skills to be effective in their new positions.  Not only are they ineffective, but their staff become discouraged, resentful, disengaged and that means they aren't performing to their potential!  And that is something that no organization can permit - especially in these economic times!

To solve the problem of bad relationships and ineffective communication, Diane coaches leaders, trains management staff and consults with organizations to;

*      Identify communication gaps in the organization

*      Establish new communication/leadership channels for improved efficiency and performance

*      Learn and use new communication techniques
