Colette's career spans more than 20 years in Business Process Management and using systems for Business Development, Daily Operations, Knowledge Management and Training. Her experience involves working in a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Industrial, IT, Professional Services, Real Estate and Construction. Within these industries Colette has worked in a variety of supervisory and executive level roles.

Colette’s strengths include a detailed understanding of the importance of documenting processes in companies both small and medium sized. In doing so she helps to make companies more effective and efficient.  She has worked with start-ups as well as established companies.

Colette has a unique ability to see the big pictures in order to facilitate growth within a company. She is also skilled in understanding and documenting sales and marketing systems and how they interact with other divisions in small to medium sized companies.
