Lynne graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Communication Arts and Sciences. Her background utilizes all forms of media. She is respected nationally for bringing communication tools to the workplace.
 
Lynne began her career in High School by frequently writing for the teen board of the Grand Rapids Press. She began her television career at the NBC Affiliate in Grand Rapids Michigan interning and then securing a position as News Producer. Lynne was elevated to the director of the Public Service Department for WOOD TV-8, creating and implementing community service campaigns “For Kids’ Sake” and “Time To Care.” Lynne also is recognized for producing and hosting the inaugural Children’s Miracle Network Telethon.
 
In 1989 Lynne began her own company to help community service organizations succeed in the Media. Her company expanded to incorporate internal, external communication, personal and mass medium and social networking consulting for all industries. She is a sought after keynote speaker and workshop presenter.
 
Lynne is the executive producer and creator of WOOD AM1300s Apple a Day With Dr. Jim Applegate. The program consists of a series of health commercials and Live 1 hour talk radio program on the Number 1 News/Talk radio show in the market. Lynne has also produced and hosted her own radio-talk show, “Toast of the Town” on WOOD AM 1300 for many years.
