Lloyd has held executive positions in Fortune 200 companies as well as working as a geologist, statistics instructor, and corporate research supervisor.  As an executive in the natural gas industry, she downsized her division without a loss in performance, merged disparate corporate cultures effectively, and created highly productive cross-discipline and multiple generation work teams.  She’s also experienced with negative media attention.
