For eight years Schaber was franchised by Sandler Systems as a sales trainer. With his company Selling Dynamics he trained a variety of local companies. Schaber morphed that business into a Sales Management Consulting company. For the last five years he has consulted with companies, typically under 15 million in sales, coaching both business owners and sales managers in the art of sales management.

In addition to coaching Schaber will advise companies on how to build a sales organization from scratch or modify existing sales organizations to better reflect sales professionalism and increased performance.
