She specializes in; individual personal development, leadership development, interpersonal communications skills, and team leading. All Marianne’s workshops are informal and highly interactive. The unique characteristic of her workshops is that she uses practical activities and exercises so participants can apply what they learn immediately. Her presentations range from one-hour speeches for corporate and association conferences to multiple-day training.

Marianne is accredited to deliver a highly sophisticated psychological assessment tool, Insights Discovery, which she uses in many of her workshops. The profile gives a very accurate depiction of a person’s behavior style, communications style, strengths, weaknesses and management style. Insights is fairly new to the United States and is available only through a few accredited Insights Consultants.

Marianne is a graduate of Moorhead State University in Minnesota with a degree in Communications. She has completed  advanced work in adult learning, creative problem solving, psychological typing, interpersonal communications, leadership development and community building.

Marianne is a member of;  Rotary International, The International Association of Correctional Training Personnel (IACTP), and The Minnesota High Tech Association. She serves on the board of the Professional Sales Association, and The Rotary Club of St. Paul and is an active supporter for Prevent Child Abuse Minnesota.
