Speaker Bio:

Gary Gack is the founder and president of Process-Fusion.net, a provider of project management training, coaching and facilitation services. In his 25+ years leading process and project management he has directed or facilitated large-scale projects for such large, multinational companies as VF Corporation, Bell Canada, Gap and National City Bank.

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and an ASQ-certified software quality engineer. He provides consulting, training and coaching related to project management and to business and software/IT process improvement, with emphasis on “best of breed” integration of proven best practices and models.

His primary focus and interest is in helping organizations improve business performance by more effective management of the interface between general managers and software and IT. By working on both sides of the "technology divide" he has helped reduce failures, increase productivity and quality, reduce waste, and control risk.

Gary is the author of Managing the Black Hole: The Executive' Guide to Software Project Risk

In addition he contributed Chapter 21 ("Are Lean and Six sigma Right for My Business?") in Business Expert Guide to Small Business Success, and is the author of numerous articles related to project management, software process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma
